Courses & educational programs

ARK Digital Academy may provide live, recorded or hybrid educational programs. Course structure, duration, schedule, curriculum, access method and fees may vary by program.

We may make reasonable changes to course structure, sequence, resources, schedules, instructors or delivery methods when necessary to maintain or improve the program or respond to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Live classes, Google Meet & webinars

Certain ARK programs may be delivered through Google Meet, WhatsApp or other third-party communication and meeting platforms.

Class links, webinar links, schedule notices and relevant updates may be shared through designated communication channels.

Participants are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, compatible device and access to the third-party services required to participate.

Live schedules may occasionally need to change. Where reasonably possible, we will communicate material schedule changes through the relevant student or participant communication channel.

Course access, sharing & redistribution

Unless we expressly state otherwise, course access and educational materials purchased for an individual student are for that student's personal learning use.

You must not, without our permission:

• Share paid course access with unauthorized persons.
• Copy or redistribute course videos or materials.
• Record live classes for redistribution.
• Upload paid content to websites, social platforms or groups.
• Sell, sublicense or commercially redistribute our training.
• Present ARK educational materials as your own original materials.

Digital products & downloadable materials

ARK Digital Beast may offer digital products such as guides, resources, templates, recordings or other downloadable or electronically delivered materials.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited right to use it for its intended personal or internal business purpose. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property is not transferred to you.

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute or publicly upload paid digital products unless the specific product expressly grants those rights.

Agency services & client projects

Agency services may include digital marketing, social media, strategy, content or other services agreed with the client.

The exact scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines and responsibilities may be described in a proposal, invoice, written communication, agreement or other project documentation.

Where specific project terms conflict with general website Terms, the specific written project terms may govern that project to the extent of the conflict.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing reasonably accurate information, approvals, materials, credentials and feedback needed for us to perform agreed work.

Delays caused by missing approvals, information, access or client materials may affect project timelines.

Prices & payments

Prices for courses, programs, digital products and services are displayed or communicated through the relevant offer, landing page, proposal or payment process.

You are responsible for reviewing the price and applicable offering details before making payment.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of their payment services may also be governed by their terms and policies.

Agency projects may have separate payment milestones, advance payments, recurring fees or other arrangements communicated before or during the engagement.

Refunds & cancellations

Refund eligibility varies depending on the type of course, digital product, service or transaction.

The applicable rules are described in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy and, where relevant, in the terms communicated for a particular offer or agency project.

Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise stated, ARK Digital Beast or its applicable licensors own or control the rights in original website content, branding, course materials, training resources, designs, graphics, videos, documents and other proprietary materials created by us.

ARK Digital Beast branding and materials must not be copied, reproduced, represented as your own, resold or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.

Intellectual-property ownership for custom client work may instead be governed by the terms agreed for that specific project.

Acceptable user & student conduct

We expect participants, customers and users to interact respectfully with our team and other participants.

Prohibited behavior may include:

• Harassment, threats or abusive behavior.
• Spam or unauthorized promotion in private groups.
• Attempting to scam or mislead other participants.
• Sharing another participant's personal information improperly.
• Unauthorized distribution of paid content.
• Interfering with live classes or learning communities.

No guaranteed results

Digital marketing, SEO, social media, blogging, business and digital product outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Therefore, unless a specific written agreement expressly states otherwise, ARK Digital Beast does not guarantee particular:

• Revenue, profit or income.
• Search-engine rankings or traffic.
• Social-media views, followers or engagement.
• Advertising performance or return on investment.
• Client acquisition or sales.
• Employment or freelance opportunities.
• Business or personal-brand growth.

Examples, case studies and educational discussions should not be interpreted as promises that every user will obtain the same outcome.

Third-party tools & services

Our website, agency work or academy programs may refer to or use third-party platforms such as social networks, search engines, WordPress, analytics services, communication platforms, payment providers or software tools.

These third parties are independent from ARK Digital Beast and may change their products, pricing, policies, algorithms or availability.

Liability relating to a specific paid agency project may also be subject to the written terms agreed for that engagement.

Governing law & disputes

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution can be attempted.

Any specific jurisdiction or dispute-resolution provisions agreed in a separate written client contract may apply to that engagement.
